Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY OF LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT FOR THE CONCRETING OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD AT BRGY. LUPI, TINAMBAC, CAMARINES SUR
1. The Local Government Unit of Tinambac, through the LGSF - SBDP - F/Y 2024 intends to apply the total sum of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Pesos and 94/100 (₱2,499,998.94) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Labor, Materials and Equipment for the Concreting of Farm-to-Market Road at Brgy. Lupi, Tinambac, Camarines Sur, with Project Identification Number B-24-130. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Tinambac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by January 23, 2025 to April 8, 2025. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
