I. FLOOD TEST AND PRESSURE LEAK TEST AT THE UPOU ACADEMIC RESIDENCES

A.) FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM PRESSURE LEAK TEST
1. Visual Checking of leaks.
2. Closing of isolation valves.
3. Protecting piping areas where spills may occur.
4. Set up a gauge manifold.
5. Pressure test at 1.25% of operating pressure for 1 Hr.
6. Inspection of pipelines for leaks.
7. Data gathering and report making.

B.) WATER LINE PRESSURE LEAK TEST
1. Visual Checking of leaks.
2. Closing of isolation valves.
3. Protecting piping areas where spills may occur.
4. Set up a gauge manifold.
