Description : Supply labor for the corrective and preventive maintenance of all functioning airconditioning units with the following deliverables:
1. Perform quarterly maintenance and minor repairs as scheduled. Include a cost breakdown of materials for replacement.
2. Provide qualified technicians, supervision, tools and equipment for maintenance and repairs.
3. Conduct minor adjustments and repairs per manufacturer-s schedule at no cost to CTU-Barili Campus.
4. Submit pre-post inspection and service reports upon completion. Provide incident reports if needed.
5. For major repairs, submit a quotation with materials, spare parts and scope of work (if out of warranty).
6. Dispatch technicians within 24 hours of receiving a service request.
7. Assign a head office personnel for admin support. Provide 24/7 phone/email support and on-call services with a 4-hour response time.
