1. The Local Government Unit of Tinambac, through General Fund - F/Y 2023 intends to apply the total sum of Seven Hundred Eighty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred (₱ 787,800.00) Pesos Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply of Labour for the Construction of Evacuation Center @ Brgy. Magtang, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC in any of the projects shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
