Description : Part I: Technical Specifications
1.1. General Requirements
1.1.1. Mobilization of labor, materials, tools and equipment.
1.1.2. Provision temporary holding area for materials.
1.1.3. Provision of site security, health and safety requirements.
1.1.4. Secure and submit all Bonds, permits, and insurances as required by the project.
1.2 Site Preparation
1.2.1. Removal of all existing waterproofing and concrete topping.
1.2.2. Removal of dirt or unnecessary debris before application of waterproofing materials including correction of slope to drain and restoration of damaged surface.
1.2.3. De-clogging, repair, and leak test of all storm drain pipes.
1.3 Rehabilitation of the Auxiliary Building.
1.3.1. Plastering of the exterior wall of the Auxiliary Building.
1.3.2. Repair/Repainting of gutter.
