Description : I. Description

Supply of labor and materials for the waterproofing and concrete covering of concrete gutter of the front side of BOI building including repair of the exhaust damper located at the basement of the Industry and Investments (I&I) Building.

II. Objective

1. To prevent rain from seeping through the building walls;
2. To prevent flooding of basement parking thereby preventing damage to the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) (Installed for the whole building and for the data center) including other electrical equipment.

III. Approved Budget for the Contract

The approved budget for the contract is Four Hundred Forty Four Thousand Pesos (444,000.00) inclusive of VAT chargeable to FAS-GSD funds.

IV. Scope of Work

The contractor shall undertake the following: Waterproofing and Concrete Covering of
Gutter with cost amounting to ABC Php 330,000.00
