1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through its Approved Budget for CY 2020, intends to
apply the sum of NINETEEN MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 19,690,000.00) VAT
Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of
Labor and Materials for the Upgraded Design of the Sewage Treatment Plant (P.R. No. TSD-MSD-2020-07-
001 consisting of two (2) lots.

Lot I - Sub-ABC - PhP3,962,400.00
Lot II - Sub-ABC - Php15,727,600.00

2. The PICC now invites bids for the aforesaid project. Completion of the Works shall be within Sixty (60)
CALENDAR DAYS, for Lot I, and Two Hundred Seventy (270) CALENDAR DAYS, for Lot II. Bidders should
