Description : SCOPE OF WORK:
A. Roofing and trusses installation;
¤ Install the materials to design as shown in the drawing/illustration;
¤ Welds shall show good fusion, be free from cracks and porosity, and accomplish secure and rigid joints
in proper alignment; and

B. Transfer of water tank and installation of durable water tank flatform;
¤ Conduct surveys to determine the best method for moving the tank;
¤ Planning routes for transport;
¤ Draining, cleaning, and disconnecting pipes, valves from the existing tanks;
¤ Transporting tanks from one location to another
¤ Setting the tank on a new foundation, reassembling sectional panels, reattaching piping, and conducting
hydrostatic testing to ensure there are no leaks;
C. Removal of existing waterproofing and application of floor topping.
¤ Removing old coatings, debris, or damaged concrete using mechanical methods like grinding, shot blasting,
or scarifying to ensure proper adhesion;
