Description : I Scope of work/Specifications:

1.) Sofa Set: 1 set
1 pc 3-seater: L = 2070mm, W= 760mm, H= 780mm
2 pcs single seater (Total Length = 2600mm): L = 815mm (Fabric), W= 800mm,
H= 780mm

2.) Long Bench (total length = 2600mm): 2 pcs
L = 1800mm (Fabric), W= 670mm, H= 410mm
Repair of Frame and Braces
Repaint/revarnish wood parts
Additional Uratex or equivalent Foam and Fiber
Repair of Springs and Rubber
Add Glider as foortings
Materials : Fabric
Color : For PTTCs approval upon submission of color swatches

II. Warranty: One (1) month on the work performed, provided the damages is not
caused by accidental burn, stains due to pen, ect.

III. Delivery Schedule: Thirty (30) days

IV. NOTE: Including Fee on ocular inspection, pickup from PTTC and delivery of
item to PTTC after completion
