Invitation to Bid for Supply of Labor and Materials for the Replacement of the Fire Protection Pipeline at the Plenary and Reception Halls

1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of FIFTEEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-TWO THOUSAND FORTY PESOS (Php15,762,040.00), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor and Materials for the Replacement of the Fire Protection Pipeline at the Plenary and Reception Halls (APP No. 2024 - MC - 19). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
