Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE 2 UNITS 20-TR COMPRESSOR OF ACCU AT THE CULTURAL TOURISM FACILITY

1. The Municipality of Sta. Maria, Pangasinan through the Regular MOOE 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php370,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor and Materials for the Defective 2 units 20-TR Compressor Accu at the Cultural Tourism Facility, PIN: G-2025-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Sta. Maria, Pangasinan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders).
