1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the LIVESTOCK -2024 Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (P1,250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the “Supply labor and materials for the Repair and Improvement of 4 Units Animal Shed at Gandara Satellite Station, Brgy. San Agustin Gandara Samar”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Regional Field Office VIII now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required within Fifty-Four (54) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II: Instruction to Bidders
