  Scope of Work - General Cleaning :
  1.) Thorough cleaning of AC units (indoor and outdoor)
  2.) Inspect and Clean Filters, Fins and Coils
  3.) Leak Test for Refrigerant, tighten service caps
  4.) Test Capacitor
  5.) Lubricate Motors and Bearings
  6.) Check for loose screws/bolts and nuts, tighten if needed, adjust belts
  7.) Check for excessive/irregular vibration and noise
  8.) Check-up / Diagnose and trouble shoot units for
  possible defects including electrical
  9.) Check drain pipes/tubes insulation.
