Description : The project calls for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the repair, dismantling of existing outdated wooden doors and replacement through Installation of Glass and roll-up doors for the Bureau of the Treasury Regional Office Building V, Rawis, Legazpi City.

The main objective of this procurement is to repair and replace the outdated doors of the office building. The glass doors could minimize sound, improve employees- and client-s communication, and maximize natural light. Installing roll-up doors is also imperative to serve as protection to the glass doors in case of any weather disturbances.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is One hundred Thirty-four Thousand pesos only (Php134,000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with Section 53.9 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the Updated 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act NO. 9184.
