1. The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the RCEF-NSQCS-2ND SEM intends to apply the sum of One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Two and 63/100 (Php1,720,442.63), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply of Labor and Materials for Installation of A 43 KWp Solar PV System for the Bureau of Plant Industry-CRPSD Seed Storage in Quezon City with ITB PR No. 3612-25BAC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening
2. The procurement of the project will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings), an Alternative Method of Procurement, in accordance with Section 35.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or The New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).
