The METRO KALIBO WATER DISTRICT, through the Corporate Budget for the Contract Approved by the Governing Board for the Year 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos Only (Php25,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor and Materials for the Installation of 200mm dia. uPVC Transmission Line from Brgy. Feliciano, Balete to Aranas Elementary School, National Highway, Balete, Aklan / PB_INFRA2025-07-009. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
