EARLY PROCUREMENT (2ND OPENING)
Supply of Labor and Materials for the Fabrication of Tent

1. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2025 LGDF-General Fund (SP-Legislative) intends to apply the sum of Php. 175,000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor and Materials for the Fabrication of Tent - IB No. G-013-25 (2nd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 working days from receipt of P.O. Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.

*The Supplier shall notify the PGSO a day before the actual delivery.
