1. The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), through the Approved Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION THREE HUNDRED FORTY-THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN PESOS AND FORTY-ONE CENTAVOS (₱5,343,275.41), VAT Inclusive, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Labor and Materials for the Construction of Storage for Architectural and Engineering As-Built Plans, Construction related Documents and other Historical Records at North Wing Hall (PICC APP 2025-MC-14). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
