1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the Cold Storage Expansion Project (Locally Funded) SARO NO. SARO-BMB-E-25-0012800 intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 14,850,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POWERED AND WIND POWERED MODULAR COLD STORAGE FACILITY IN SUPPORT TO THE HVC GROWERS ASSOCIATIONS IN BATAAN UNDER FY 2025 LOCALLY FUNDED PROJECTS (LFPs) per Identification Number DA3-2025-09-3553. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
