1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the Cold Storage Expansion Project (ASA No. 2025-000004) intends to apply the sum of ; LOT 1 - FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (P15,000,000.00) and LOT 2 - FIFTEEN MILLION PESOS (P15,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SOLAR POWERED AND WIND POWERED MODULAR COLD STORAGE FACILITY CONSISTING OF TWO (2) LOTS FOR ONION GROWERS COOPERATIVES AND ASSOCIATIONS IN THE PROVINCES OF BATAAN AND TARLAC UNDER HVCDP FY 2024 per Identification Number DA3-2025-07-2957 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
