1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the HVCDP-2025 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Five Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Six Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (P5,996,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the “Supply Labor and Materials for the Construction of Small Farm Reservoir with Drip Irrigation located at Brgy. Limbujan, Gen. Macarthur, Eastern Samar, Brgy. Mangcal, Paranas, Samar, and Brgy. Caluwayan, Marabut, Samar”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
