1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the SARO-BMB-E-2025 CURRENT FUND intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (P9,774,700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the “Supply Labor and Materials for the Construction of Nursery”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Regional Field Office VIII now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works shall be within One Hundred Fifty-Four (154) Calendar days for lot 1, One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days for Lot 2, One Hundred Fifty-Five (155) calendar days for Lot 3, One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days for Lot 4, One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days for lot 5. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II: Instruction to Bidders
