1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the CSEP-2024 CONTINUINF FUND intends to apply the sum of Forty-One Million Five Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Pesos Only (P41,595,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the “Supply Labor and Materials for the Construction of Modular Cold Storage (Hybrid)”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Regional Field Office VIII now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required within One Hundred Fifty-Eight (158) calendar days per lot (simultaneous). Bidders should have completed within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II: Instruction to Bidders
