1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the NUPAP 2026-CURRENT FUND-CO intends to apply the sum of Six Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Nineteen Pesos and 22/100 (P6,962,919.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the contract for “Supply Labor and Materials for the Construction of Greenhouse with Hydroponics (Tower) located in Brgy. Pangasugan and Hilapnitan, Baybay City, Leyte”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Regional Field Office VIII now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required within One Hundred Seventy-Two (172) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II: Instruction to Bidders
