Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF ELEVATOR SHAFTS OF PASSENGER
ELEVATORS FOR PCED BUILDINGS

1. The Philippine Center for Economic Development (PCED), through the its FY 2025
General Appropriations Act, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred
Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (Php5,600,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the
contract for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the Construction of Elevator Shafts
of Passenger Elevators for PCED Buildings / ITB-2025-0102-G. Bids received in
excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PCED now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
Goods and Services is required within three (3) months upon receipt of Notice to
Proceed.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary
“pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing
Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
