1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office III (DA-RFO III), through the Cold Storage Expansion Project (Locally Funded) SARO NO. SARO-BMB-E-25-0012800 intends to apply the sum of THIRTEEN MILLION PESOS (Php 13,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF COLD STORAGE EXPANSION PROJECT IN SUPPORT TO THE HVC GROWERS ASSOCIATIONS IN BATAAN UNDER FY 2025 LOCALLY FUNDED PROJECTS (LFPs) per Identification Number DA3-2025-10-4277 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
