Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) through the National Expenditure (NEP) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (P4,600,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Supply of Labor and Materials for the Construction of Cistern in support to HVCDP”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Agriculture-Regional Office-Regional Field Office-Cordillera Administrative Region (DA-RFO-CAR) now invites bids for the construction of a beef cattle housing. Completion of the Works is required in 78 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
