Description : I. Description

Supply of labor and materials for the cleaning of sump pit and replacement of discharge pipes of submersible motor pump including the redirection of storm drain pipes at the roof deck of the Industry and Investments (I&I) Building.

II. Objective

To prevent flooding of the basement parking area where the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) for the I&I building and ITD Data Center is installed/located.

III. Approved Budget for the Contract

The approved budget for the contract is Two Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Pesos (295,000.00) inclusive of VAT chargeable to FAS-GSD funds.

IV. Scope of Work

The contractor shall undertake the following: (Cleaning of Sump Pit with an approved
budget of Php115,000.00)

1. Mobilization of tools and materials.
2. Cleaning of sump pit by siphoning the sewage water.
3. Removing all kind of dirt and grease at the sump pit.
