1. The Department of Agriculture-Regional Field Office No. 8, through the RICE 2026-CURRENT FUND-CO intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (P2,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the contract for “Supply Labor and Materials for the Canal Improvement of Langit Diversion Dam in Brgy. Langit, Alang-alang, Leyte”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Regional Field Office VIII now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Completion of Works is required within Eighty-Eight (88) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II: Instruction to Bidders
