Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR DCWD OFFICES, FACILITIES AND COLLECTION CENTERS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

1. The Davao City Water District (DCWD), through the DCWD 2025 Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Seven Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Three and 52/100 (PhP 11,779,383.52) (for the First Year only) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR DCWD OFFICES, FACILITIES AND COLLECTION CENTERS FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DCWD now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within One (1) Year upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
