Description : 1. The Clark International Airport Corporation (CIAC), through the Corporate Budget of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php2,390,000.00) VAT inclusive being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Install, and Testing & Commissioning of Inverter Split Type Air Conditioning Units at CIAC Transient Building and Staff House. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The CIAC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 90 calendar days from contract signing. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
