1. The National Library of the Philippines (NLP), through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2023 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Pesos (24,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Gas-Based Fire Detection, Suppression and Control System for the 4th Level and IT Division Data Center Server Room for the National Library of the Philippines Phase 3 (PB23-06). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
