Description : 1. National Irrigation Administration - Regional Office 7 (NIA-RO7), through the General Appropriation Act - Corporate Operating Budget-Capital Outlay (GAA-COB-CO) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY FIVE PESOS (P 1,898,295.00) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE AND FIXTURES FOR ENGINEERING BUILDING, NIA REGIONAL OFFICE 7, TAGBILARAN CITY, BOHOL with Contract No. RIO-GOODS-14-2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The NIA-RO7 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Seventy (70) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders).
