Description : GOODS 2022-14-046 SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION OF INTELLIGENT TRAFFIC SIGNAL ALONG NATIONAL HIGHWAY (BRGY. LINAO-BRGY. TUNGKOP) AT MINGLANILLA, CEBU

1. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, through the LOCAL FUND intends to apply the sum of THIRTY FIVE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR PESOS & 78/100 (P 35,853,834.78) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB-2022-14-046. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required for NINETY (90) calendar days only. Bidders should have completed, within the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
