  The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5 (DA RFO 5), through
  the General Appropriation Act (GAA) for CY 2024 Continuing Fund intends to apply
  the sum of Seventy Five Million Pesos Only (Php75,000,000.00) being the total ABC
  to payments under the contract for ITB No. 01-GOODS-ASA-2025.
  Bids received more than the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  Partial bid is not allowed.
