1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget AO # 2024-29 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum Three Million Five Hundred Twenty-Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Nine Pesos and 55/100 only (PHP 3,527,779.55) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2025-INFRA-099. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
