Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR
TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS

1. The Department of Health-Tagaytay Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-TTRC) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) intends to procure Medical Machines and Equipment with a Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Three Million Two Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Pesos (PhP3,273,000.00) under RFP-2025-002;

2. The Department of Health-Tagaytay Treatment and Rehabilitation Center (DOH-TTRC) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project;

3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two- Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184;
