The MUNICIPALITY OF SAN NICOLAS, through Capital Outlay (Office of the Mayor) & Continuing Capital Outlay Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 1,255,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Installation and Energization of One (1) 100KVA Single Phase Transformer at Brgy. Poblacion, San Nicolas, Batangas/ 2025-I003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
