1. The Court of Appeals, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025 - ICT Software Subscription intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Pesos (₱12,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a Next Generation Anti-Virus Solution. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
