1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region VIII (PCA VIII), through the CY 2024
& 2025 RA8048 Permit to Cut and Replacement intends to apply the sum of Three
Million Four Hundred One Thousand Pesos Only (₱3,401,000.00) being the ABC
to payments for the Supply, Handling, Transport, Hauling and Delivery of 35,800
OPV Coconut Seedlings under CY 2024 & 2025 RA 8048. Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
