  1) The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) Region IX, through the Coconut Village Development Project (CVDP)-Coconut Intercropping Project (CIP), CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Php4,200,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Handling Transport and Delivery of 4,375 bags (20 kg/bag) of Complete Fertilizer (14-14-14). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
