The Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) Region IX, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), duly authorized to conduct the procurement for the Supply, Handling, Transport, and Delivery of 30,030.00 pieces Coconut Seedlings under the Massive Coconut Planting and Replanting Program (MCPP) through Community Participation under Negotiated Procurement, pursuant to Section 55.1 of Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act, hereby invites all interested Civil Society Organization (CSO) partners to submit their price quotations offering the most advantageous government price.
