Invitation to Bid

Supply of Fuel for the use of Office of the City Vice Mayor for 2025

1. The City Government of Kidapawan, through the Office of the City Vice Mayor (100-02-01-002) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Ten Pesos (Php500,010.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply of Fuel for the use of Office of the City Vice Mayor for 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Kidapawan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Three Hundred Thirty (330) calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
