Conditions:
- Indicative Quantity and Unit Cost
- Direct retail pump price during withdrawal of fuel
- Only those government vehicles with red plate and plainly marked “For Official Use Only” are to be fueled. The same maybe fueled up to its full tank capacity.
- Fuel conversion is not allowed. Fuel containers are also prohibited except for those fuel to be used for the boat (pump, speed, and aluminum), generator, chainsaw, shredder, slaughter oil burner, sprayer/misting machine and grass cutter.
A valid withdrawal slip should bear only the over printed name with original signature of the authorized personnel in each office, a control number of series (year month series) and intended only for one specific vehicle and driver.
The Validity of the withdrawal slip is only within the date of issuance. No Alternation therein allowed except when duly approvec by the fuel in charge.
