Description : 1. In view of the two (2) failed public biddings, the Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur Bids and Awards Committee invites interested bidders to participate in the negotiation for the Supply of Free-Range Chicken, Incubator, Feeds and Medicine, Bugbuga, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos, Sur, through the Department of Agriculture intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php615,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC).
2. The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur will hold a meeting/negotiation with all interested bidders on October 24, 2025, 2:00 P.M., at the ABC Hall, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur.
3. The Eligibility Documents, Technical Proposal, and the Best and Final Offer stated in the attached checklist shall be submitted in one (1) original and two (2) duplicate copies on or before October 24, 2025, 2:00 P.M. at the ABC Hall, Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur.
