SUPPLY OF FOOD FOR VARIOUS TRAININGS, SEMINARS AND WORKSHOP
(BID NO. 0296)

1. The City of Iloilo, through the Reprogramming of Unexpended LDRRMF Capital Outlay, Continuing Appropriations for 2011-2019, LDRRMF Investment Plan 2021 Trust Fund (Unexpended 2020 General Fund) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Sixty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos (₱469,320.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply of Food for Various Trainings, Seminars and Workshop. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City of Iloilo Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required effective upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed until December 31, 2025. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
