  SUPPLY OF FILLING MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR & MAINTENANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS (BRGY. ROADS)
  
  1. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION FIFTY-SIX THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (PHP 3,056,400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY OF FILLING MATERIALS FOR THE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF INFRASTRUCTURE ASSETS (BRGY. ROADS) (GOODS 2502-013). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Goods is to completed within 120 calendar days from the receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
