Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE AND FIXTURES AND SOLAR PANEL IN COLLEGE OF EDUCATION-ESL ANNEX A WITH IDENTIFICATION NUMBER INFRA-P02-2025-09-17

1. The Bukidnon State University, through the FY 2025 (01-RAF) Budget Approved by the Board of Regents intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the project Supply, Fabrication and Installation of Furniture and Fixtures and Solar Panel in COE-ESL Annex A with identification number Infra-P02-2025-09-17. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Bukidnon State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within Four (4) years (September 17, 2021- September 17, 2025).
