Description : 1 Lot. SUPPLY OF DIESEL FUEL FOR SSS VEHICLE
OF SSS BASILAN SERVICE OFFICE FOR THE YEAR 2025

-Price of fuel will be the pump price at the time and hour of fill-up.
-Price of fuel will be inclusive of tax and other government charges.
-Supply of oil and lubricants thru duly authorized purchase order issued by
the branch/division/Group duly supported by driver's trip ticket.
Otherwise, purchase will be not behonored. Payment shall be made within
fifteen (15)days upon receipt of the billing Statement supported by the
Following:
1) Summary of withdrawal
2) Purchase Order
-Must submit BIR 2303 form & photocopy of Official Receipt for Vendor
Delivery terms:(1) Calendar Days from receipt of approved Job Order/Purchase Order.
Terms: Suppliers shall be paid in accordance to Government Terms.
Price Validity: Three (3) Months.
