Description : NOTICE OF NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT
(Small Value Procurement)

PNOC Exploration Corporation (PNOC EC), under its 2022 Corporate Budget, has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Nine Hundred Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Pesos (PhP913,230.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes and other charges for the Supply of Diesel Fuel for Mine 3 Coal Project (9,000 Liters). The items shall be delivered at Mine 3 Coal Project, Little Baguio, Imelda, Zamboanga Sibugay within six (6) months after receipt of Notice to Proceed and Purchase Order.

PNOC EC now invites qualified bidders to submit proposals for the Project. Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Please refer to the attached Terms of Reference for complete details.
